Central Planning TV were relocating to a new space in SE Portland and their offices had a combination of very well used carpet and vinyl that was peeling up around all of the edges due to moisture intrusion.

They did not want to return to using carpet for hygiene purposes and the concrete was not in good enough condition to polish which was the preferred look so it was agreed upon to use a full chip broadcast system.

After removing the carpet and vinyl, we patched the extensive cracks and holes from the tack strips and allowed to dry.

The following day we applied our full broadcast epoxy floor coating system and the office was available to move into the following morning.
